weekly meeting time.. lobin plan for the backwood's experiment --- oven.. its one of our target actually to make such thing.. the oven image can be found below.. lots of pics.. the whole thing starts with lobin's idea.. we (eric, andy, janet n i) have nth to do since we had hand our posts to the form 4 guys.. so we followed lobin to go on his plan..
the whole oven is someting lyk a stone made oven.. it has a stone base (which we gt it from the cement floor of the old guard's house), red brick walls, cement cover (also from the guard's house) and covered with soil to prevent heat loss..
12.30pm - we started the digging and preparing stuffs..
1.00pm - FLAG BREAK
1.15pm - continue..
1.30pm - FIRE!!! (XDDDD we only took a less than a minute to light it up.. the troop 1 members havent even lighted their fire when our smoke was filling up the air^^)
2.00pm - Scouters come kacau.. they said that it WONT even succeed (CONFIRM!!!).. need at least wait till 6pm baru will masak.. some pun say even tml won masak.. T.T well.. tis may be very hurting.. n had actually broke our spirit and will for a few sec.. bt.. maybe its due to psycho.. we chiong!! n chiong!! n CHIONG!!!! the fire became big big.. my scarf was used as a fan.. T.T smoked! totally!! the whole surrounding was almost filled with smoke..
2.30pm - tired.. hahax..
2.45pm - crossed our fingers.. opened up the cover.. DAMN!!! nt even cooked!!! sobz.. so we took it out.. n tried to dig out the lower part chickens with some hope.. YESHHHH!!! it shows sign of being cooked!!! without further delay.. Janet took it to BP Room n tested it with two forks from QM room..
RESULT - 4/9 100% cooked!!
- 3/9 half cooked..=.=
- 2/9 not cooked at all.... =.=.=.=.=.=..=
CONCLUSION - THE SCOUTERS WERE WRONG BOUT TIS!!!!
- BACKWOOD'S OVEN CAN REALLY BE MADE
- EXPERIMENT SUCCESS!!! ^^

yeah~~ confirmed to be cooked.. XDDDD
time.. is the main cause of our failure this time.. and also the thickness and wideness of the cement.. next time.. we will improve.. XDDDD
